Wellness Wednesday Seminar: American Heart Month

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness Committee invites you to attend the Wellness Wednesday: American Heart Month seminar. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. One in four people dies of it each year. But there's a lot you can do to live a heart healthy life - and connecting with others can make your efforts even more successful. 

These seminars will be presented by leading experts in the Rio Grande Valley and are free & open to the community.
