The Basics of Branding Workshop

The Basics of Branding Workshop

New business owners are invited to attend a branding workshop on March 10, 2020, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, located at 1600 University Blvd. in Brownsville.

The “Basics of Branding” workshop is designed to give new business owners an understanding of the process of branding a business, including the three branding principles; steps to branding development; and how to protect a brand.

“A brand is much more than a logo or a company name in a fancy font. It is a promise made and delivered to customers by the company. The most successful brands keep their promises through effective branding activities, and ultimately, create value for customers,” shares Arturo Gonzalez, a Senior Business and Trade Advisor with the UTRGV SBDC and the presenter of the workshop.

The session is sponsored by the UTRGV Small Business Development Center in partnership with the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce. There is a $15 host fee per person to attend and pre-registration is preferred. To sign up for this seminar or for further information, please call (956) 542-4341.
