About Costumes of the Americas Museum:
In January 2021, the Costumes of the Americas Museum merged with the Brownsville Historical Association and moved to its new location on 6th Street. The purpose of the Costumes of the Americas Museum is to collect, catalog, preserve and exhibit authentic indigenous textiles, accessories, and folk arts of the Americas for the enjoyment and education of the public.
