As a CNC Operator Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, hands-on training to students and apprentices in CNC machining and programming. Your role will be crucial in developing skilled professionals for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering hands-on CNC training while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Develop and Deliver Curriculum: Create a CNC training curriculum tailored to students with varied learning styles and challenges.
• Hands-On Training: Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in CNC machine operation and programming, using differentiated instruction techniques
• Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate and assess student learning progress, providing individualized support and feedback.
• Mentorship: Offer mentorship and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and career aspirations.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and best practices. Promote a culture of safety in the workshop.
• Collaboration with Industry Partners: Work closely with industry partners to understand their workforce needs and tailor the training program accordingly.
• Maintenance of Training Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of CNC machines and training equipment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in CNC technology and education methods, attending relevant workshops and seminars.
