Seminar: Carrier CSA Regulation and Safety Training

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce's International Trade & Logistics Committee has organized a seminar designed to update carriers on upcoming changes made by the CSA 2010(Comprehensive Safety Analysis). These changes involve how the FMCSA (Federal Motors Carrier Safety Administration) assesses and addresses commercial motor vehicle safety. Under CSA 2010, FMCSA evaluates carrier safety using all on road performance data from roadside inspections and crash reports. All safety-based violations count too. CSA 2010 addresses safety issues by contacting more carriers earlier so carriers can correct safety problems before crashes occur. We encourage you to stay informed and prepare for this new regulation.
