Passenger Carrier Safety Seminar hosted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin
The United Stated Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will be hosting the 2012 Passenger Carrier Safety Seminar, on Wednesday August 22, 2012 at the International Technology Education and Commerce Center (ITEC) in Brownsville Texas.
You are cordially invited to attend this seminar, as important information regarding the safe transportation of passengers will be discussed. This will be the fourth year this seminar is offered by FMCSA staff, in which we will discussed topics included, but not limited, to Commercial Driver’s Licenses, motorcoach safety inspections and driver’s hours of service.
Personnel from FMCSA will be present to answer questions regarding Federal Regulations and the applicability of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance Out of Service Criteria.
Guest speakers from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Texas Department of Public Safety will also be present.
Please make plans to attend this free seminar, there are no registration requirements and as always, this seminar is open to the general public. Feel free to distribute this email to anyone who is engaged in the transportation of passengers. This seminar is geared towards all levels of the passenger transportation industry, including managers, safety directors, mechanics and drivers.
