kidDIY with the BHA: Bookworm

There is magic to be found in the world of Brownsville, where the city is brimming with history, culture, nature, and art waiting to be discovered. The BHA is setting out to capture these moments and invite the children of Brownsville along for the ride! Children ages 5 and older are invited to our monthly series, where they discover new topics through hands-on arts and crafts. Each month, a new topic will be explored. September is back-to-school season and the BHA is celebrating the joys of reading. Children will learn the art of storytelling before making their very own book to share with friends and families. This program is free to the public thanks to a generous donation from LECUSAY PEDIATRICS. Parents are welcomed to stay and craft with their children. No pre-registration is required.
