Banking Basics
Join us for a financial education workshop presented by the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce and BBVA. In this workshop, participants will:
- Information about financial institutions,
- Comparisons among different types of bank accounts,
- Types of interest,
- How financial institutions protect and insure your money, and
- Strategies to monitor and protect your money when using online banking.
The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven business organization whose principal mission is to advance the business interests of its members through leadership, advocacy, civic involvement, promotion, and business-building initiatives.
