VENDOR DISCLAIMER: PERMITS & COMPLIANCE
In order to ensure a smooth and compliant experience for all, please be advised that all vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying the necessary permits and licenses required by local and state authorities. This includes, but is not limited to health permits, sales tax permits, and any other relevant certifications. Vendors found operating without the appropriate permits may be subject to penalties, fines, or removal from the event without a refund. It is the sole responsibility of each vendor to understand and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their business. Vendors are encouraged to have their permits readily available for inspection throughout the duration of the event.
