Adopting a Pet:
Thank you for considering our homeless animals on your search for a pet.

Adoption Packages:
Please be advised that in order to comply with Texas State Laws, all animals adopted from the animal shelter must be spayed or neutered.

A dog adoption package is $99.00 and includes:
City License (Tag Included)
De-Worming for Intestinal Parasites (1st Dose)
Distemper/Parvo Vaccination
Heartworm Tested
Microchip (Tag Included)
Physical Examination
Rabies Vaccination (Tag Included)
Spay/Neuter Operation
First dosage of flea/tick prevention
First dosage of heartworm prevention

A cat adoption package is $99.00 and includes:
City License (Tag Included)
De-Worming for Intestinal Parasites (1st Dose)
Feline Distemper Virus (FDV) Vaccination
Feline Leukemia/Aids Test
Microchip (Tag Included)
Physical Examination
Rabies Vaccination (Tag Included)
Spay/Neuter Operation
First dosage of flea/tick prevention

Microchipping of Animals:
1 in 3 pets will get lost in their lifetime. Without I.D., 90% will never return home. Microchipping is on the of the best ways to keep your family together. The Brownsville Animal Regulation Care Center offers microchipping of animals at our location. In addition, we currently offer $5.00 Microchip Mondays at BARCC from 1:30p.m.-6:30p.m. on a walk-in/first come first serve basis.
