The Children's Museum of Brownsville will be hosting the 6th Annual - Teddy Bear Clinic on Saturday, September 22, 2012, from 11 am to 1 pm. Children are asked to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal to be checked in by Valley Baptist Medical Center. Check-up includes a medical and dental examination as well as a consultation with physical fitness trainers from Gold's Gym and nutritionists from Infant and Family Nutrition Agency for good eating habits. Dr. Tania Jalil and Dr. Carmen Rocco will be the attending physicians along with Dr. Eric Valle and Dr. Rick Villarreal providing dental examinations. Additional health activities will be provided by Kumon Learning Center. H-E-B will be providing healthy snacks for healthy teddy bears and children. About the Children's Museum of Brownsville: It is our mission to introduce children to a world of learning through hands on, creative and interactive exhibits, workshops and special events.
