Moody Clinic, established in 1952, is a nonprofit outpatient rehabilitation center dedicated to serving children with special needs from birth to age 21. Founded by a local mother seeking better care for her son with cerebral palsy, the clinic has grown into a vital resource for families across the Rio Grande Valley. It offers speech, physical, and occupational therapy for children with developmental delays, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other conditions. As the only clinic of its kind in the area, Moody Clinic provides high-quality care on a sliding fee scale to ensure accessibility for all families.
