For the first time in the Rio Grande Valley, the nationally lauded exhibit, "Golden Legacy: 65 Years of Little Golden Books" will open to the public on August 21. The exhibit contains over 60 pieces of art and books dating back to 1942 and follows the national icon's evolution through 2007. This exhibit is an adventure for the whole family and a fantastic way to introduce this legacy to a whole new generation! The exhibit will be on display through October 26th at the Historic Alonso Building on E. Saint Charles. The public can view the exhibit between 10am and 4pm, Tuesday through Saturday. This exhibit is generously sponsored by HEB.
