GRAND OPENING/RIBBON CUTTING: VAC Youth Community Services
Please join United Way of Southern Cameron County, Valley AIDS Council, the City of Brownsville, and Brownsville ISD as we celebrate the opening of VAC's new facility offering youth substance abuse treatment by licensed chemical dependency counselors. The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting followed by facility tours and a catered reception.
