Friday with the City | Powering Progress Through Travel & Tourism

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce invites you to join the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport team and the Brownsville Convention & Visitors Bureau for Friday with the City, where they will share how our airport is evolving and growing alongside the community.

This event will take place on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the City of Brownsville Communications and Marketing Department / Convention and Visitors Bureau Complex, located at 1312 East Adams St. in downtown Brownsville. 

Friday with the City is an initiative of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Brownsville, designed to keep the community informed about the city's ongoing growth, progress, and vision for the future.

An Accredited 4-Star Chamber of Commerce, the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven business organization whose principal mission is to advance the business interests of its members through leadership, civic engagement, promotion, support, and advocacy.
