Communities In Schools of Cameron County (CISCC) is an evidence-based drop-out prevention program servicing at-risk youth. The mission of CISCC is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. CISCC offers students and families a variety of services such as; supportive guidance, health and human services, parental and family involvement, pre-employment/employment, enrichment, and educational enhancement. In 2011-2012, 98% of the students enrolled in the program stayed in school and 90% of CISCC high school seniors graduated. The ''Charity Golf Tournament'' fundraiser will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2013, Shotgun starts at 8:30 am, at the Brownsville Golf Center, 1800 W. San Marcelo, Brownsville, Texas. The tournament will be in format of 3 Person Florida Scramble; all handicaps will be verified. Green Fee & Cart, Food, Drinks plus contests!
