5th Annual Shades of History Walking Tour: Historic City Cemetery
Discover the spooky and delectable history of Brownsville with the 5th Annual Shades of History walking tours. Brownsville Heritage Officer Joe Gavito will lead a group through the haunted historic locations of the Historic City Cemetery. Persons interested in joining this tour should meet at the Old City Cemetery Center on the corner of 6th and Monroe. Spaces are limited on this tour, so pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Tickets are $10 for non-members and $5 for BHA members

The Old City Cemetery Center is located behind the Brownsville Police station on 6th Street. Take US 77 to the 6th St. exit. Follow 6th down and the Center will be on your right hand side before the light. Parking is available on Monroe St.
