4th Annual Black Tie Bash in Brownsville to Benefit Children

The fourth annual charity event to benefit women's and children's services at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville will be held Friday evening, January 15, 2010 at the Brownsville Events Center, 1 Event Center Blvd. off Paredes Line Road. The ''Black Tie Bash'' will be an elegant evening featuring exquisite food by Executive Chef Byron Chargois of Aramark Healthcare and fantastic musical entertainment by ''The Grooves,'' a band from Austin. In addition, there will be a short program about pediatric renovations at VBMC-Brownsville which will benefit Lower Valley children during their times of greatest need. ''We're calling this gala ‘Wild About Our Kids' because it will benefit the children – and it will also be a wildly elegant evening!,'' said Judy Quisenberry, Director of Development for the Valley Baptist Foundation.
