LOCATION:Brownsville Chamber of Commerce 1600 University Blvd. Brownsville\, Texas 78520 Located behind the Jacob Brown Auditorium and next to the Texas Southmost College Arts Center. Parking is available in front of our building where a blue bag with the words "Do Not Park" will be placed over meters so participants do not get tickets. You also have the option of parking on the side of our building.
