DESCRIPTION:One of the longest running organizations in the Rio Grande Valley is holding its annual Taste of La Frontera on Jan. 18\, at the Brownsville Event Center.\n\nThe Mr. Amigo Association will host the event\, which will feature regional cuisine from restaurants on both sides of the border.\n\nAmong the participating restaurants are Antonio's Mexican Village\, Bigo's\, El Camino Bakery\, Chef Ricardo's\, Chicken Run\, Chili's Grill & Bar\, Cobbleheads\, Cobblestone Court\, La Corriente\, Elva's\, El Fortin del Bravo\, Johnny Carino's Italian Restaurant\, Mr. Taco\, New York Deli\, La Palma Cockteleria\, Texas Roadhouse\, Rudy's BBQ\, Shenanigans\, Tino's Seafood and The Vermillion.
