DESCRIPTION:The City of Brownsville is proud to partner with the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF) to host the 2023 Summer Games of Texas from July 27-30.\n\n \n\nPlease help us promote the games by sharing this flyer with your family and friends and/or participating as an athlete!\n\n \n\nBrownsville's commitment and engagement to promoting amateur athletics promises to create memorable experiences for 7\,000 athletes and their families across Texas\, offer athletes an opportunity to advance to state level competitions\, all while welcoming visitors from outside of the Rio Grande Valley to the extraordinary City of Brownsville!\n\n \n\nSeven venues throughout the city will accommodate 12 different athletic events: basketball\, flag football\, pickleball\, skateboarding\, soccer\, softball\, boxing\, disc golf\, golf\, swimming\, tennis and track & field.
