DESCRIPTION:The Chalk Art Festival is open to all youth and adults who are interested in expressing their artistic talent with chalk using sidewalk space as their canvas. The CMB is proud to host the first ever Chalk Art Festival in the Rio Grande Valley. This year is our 4th Annual Chalk Art Festval in Dean Porter Park . Artists adission is $10 per square per person. A towel and knee pad will be provided. Cash Prizes\, music\, games and fun in the sun are all part of this fantastic festival.
