LOCATION:1000 New Carmen Blvd Brownsville TX\, 78521 Head north on expressway 83 and take the Olmito exit west approximately 8 miles. Just past a blinking light on Carmen rd. turn south and drive approximately 1.5 miles. Park entrance will be on left (east) hand side.
